Company Profile

Established in 1982, Peachtree Community Association Services, Inc. is today responsible for maintaining and increasing the property values of more than 12,000 homes in over 65 communities in the greater Bay Area of Northern California. Prior to the incorporation of Peachtree, our founders shared 20+ years in the industry and are experts in all aspects of Community Association formation, consultation and management.

The company's success is attributable to the dedication of its staff of associates who go the extra mile for our client Associations. We continually strive to be the leading Bay Area Community Management Company, promoting superior customer service, strong ethics, integrity and expertise. Throughout the last three decades, we have worked closely with homeowners as well as leading National and Bay Area builders and established industry practitioners and contractors. In the process of dedicating ourselves to the success and advancement of the Common Interest Community, we have developed strengths in our scope of services and found new ways to cost-effectively respond to our Boards of Directors and Community members.

We proudly provide full-service management to existing planned communities and help establish new ones, including town home, condominium, single-family home and prestige gated communities. A team of two to three Management Department personnel is assigned to each Community, along with a full-charge Bookkeeper and Customer Service representative and the assistance of our support services. Additionally, we provide a vast array of consulting services to Community builders and developers, including preparation of budgets and other documents required for submittal to the California Department of Real Estate (DRE).

Our data processing is a state-of-the-art Local Area Network and our financial management software is specifically designed for the Community Associations industry, created by a leading-edge software developer. Our postage and printing equipment supports the high-volume nature of our business. Peachtree is a member of Community Associations Institute and the Executive Council of Homeowners and is active in its educational and certification programs.
